We strive to bring to you the high quality both vintage and new products And we offer our products with a Satisfaction Guaranteed policy. If by chance you encounter a problem with your purchase, please let us know within 14 days of receipt and we will attempt to resolve it in a fair manner. We will provide instructions on how to return the item(s) and issue a return number. (RMA) We will gladly exchange the item or refund of the purchase price (excluding all freight).
